“One of the most profound responsibilities I have as a Psychotherapist is to assist and support others in re-discovering themselves and experience a greater joy in their lives. I believe that everyone is born with unlimited capabilites to achieve their goals in this life time. We have the power of choice and we forget at times that we are the decision makers of our own destiny.
Working with me you will gain new tools to create lasting changes that will improve the overall quality of your life. Overcoming my own life’s tribulations and tragedies has given me the ability of realizing my own life’s path and potential to guide and heal others through their darkest times. My experience forced me to change the way I think, the way I see my relationships, the way I encounter my hardships, the way I eat and the way I live my life. I was willing to change and in doing so, I grew in strength, edurance, self-control and depth. I will help you to accept where you are today and grow from your personal experiences. ”
Healing and change takes place when we acknowledge both the dark and light aspects of our being. This integrated approach to healing fosters lasting transformation. – Transformational Arts College
There comes a point when we realize that there’s no better time than right now to re-evaluate our lif’es priorites and our thought processes. Ask yourself, why do I feel the way I do? What is holding me back from feeling and experiencing greater joy and happiness? What is in my way of achieving my true potential? With the right support and guidance you can allow yourself to see beyond the surface of emotion and dig deeper to the truth hidden within.
